Education, not advice
Impero Ventures provides business education and coaching. Nothing on this site or in our programs is investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or an offer to buy or sell securities. Talk to your own attorney, CPA and financial advisor before you raise capital or make financial decisions.
The guarantee
Where a program says “investor-ready, GUARANTEED” or “launched in 7 days, guaranteed,” the guarantee is a deliverables guarantee: if you attend your sessions and complete the work assigned, you will finish the program with every listed deliverable complete, or we will keep working with you at no additional charge until they are. It is not a guarantee of funding, revenue, customers, valuation or any business outcome. We do not guarantee that any investor will invest in your business. Results vary and are not typical. Any testimonial or example on this site is one person’s experience and is not a promise of what you will achieve.
Your responsibilities
The programs are done with you, not for you. You are responsible for showing up to scheduled sessions, completing assigned work, and for every decision you make about your business, including how you raise capital and from whom. You are responsible for complying with all securities laws that apply to your raise.
Our content
All program materials, frameworks, videos and documents are owned by Impero Ventures and licensed to you for your own business use. Do not resell, share or republish them without written permission.
Payments and recurring billing
Prices are shown at checkout. One-time programs are charged in full at enrollment. The Community is a recurring subscription: by enrolling you authorize us to charge your payment method $599 on the day you enroll and on the same day of each following month. There is a 90-day minimum, so the first three monthly payments are non-cancellable. After the third payment you may cancel at any time and your access continues through the end of the period you have paid for. Cancel by emailing mnathan@imperoventures.com from the email on your account; we will confirm within two business days and no further charges will be made. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Impero Ventures is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or programs, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program.
Disputes: arbitration and class-action waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, the site or any Impero Ventures program will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. The arbitration will take place in Dakota County, Minnesota, or by video at your election. The arbitrator’s decision is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and Impero Ventures agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing mnathan@imperoventures.com within 30 days of first accepting these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Eligibility and changes
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in a program. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the site or programs after a change means you accept it.
