Refund & Cancellation

The Community

The Community is a recurring subscription of $599 per month, charged on the day you enroll and on the same day of each following month. There is a 90-day minimum: the first three monthly payments are a commitment and are not refundable. After the third payment you can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the period you have paid for.

How to cancel: email mnathan@imperoventures.com from the email on your account with the word “Cancel” in the subject line. We confirm within two business days and no further charges are made. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund the current month.

The Raise Academy and The Launch Academy

These are one-time programs charged in full at enrollment. Because we begin work and reserve 1:1 time with Mike Nathan immediately, payments are non-refundable once your first session has been scheduled or any materials have been delivered. If you have not yet had a first session or received materials, email us within 3 days of purchase for a full refund. The deliverables guarantee in our Terms applies: complete the work and you finish with every deliverable, or we keep working with you at no charge until you do.
